HCCI has organized 40 resident associations and the Resident Leadership Council (RLC). RLC membership consists of resident association leaders. It is through this vehicle that residents are taught to be leaders and have access to elected officials and property managers. The RLC helps residents to develop the skills and knowledge needed to negotiate building and community improvements effectively.
