Asset Management is the key focus of the office of real estate as HCCI continues to grow its community revitalization mission. Asset management is the financial management of real estate assets from the time of the initial investment until disposition of its regulatory or contractual obligations. HCCI monitors the financial performance of its real estate assets through its office of real estate (ORED) and office of financial management (OFM). Asset management holds quartely financial reviews and compliance meetings to assess the HCCI real estate portfolio.
