Request for Office & Property Cleaning Proposal

The primary responsibility is to provide custodial cleaning services to properties owned by Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement (“HCCI”).

Days of Service
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Community Facilities: Cleaning of the premises include: Sweeping, mopping, garbage collection, Recycling, window cleaning, lighting, replenishment of wastepaper dispensers, sanitary and sanitizing materials, supply inventory, work order documentation, snow preparation/removal (as needed) and other maintenance.

Vacant building site facilities: Must be maintained free of debris and building code violations, fall, winter, spring and summer seasonal maintenance.


Open space:

cleaned regularly including Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasonal maintenance.
The contractor must agree to adhere to fair business principles and comply with all Federal. State and local laws regulations existing or pending. The contractor must also agree to file applications for licensing, bonding or other permits and pay all fees pertaining thereto as may be required by any regulatory body for the performance of the work. The contractor should also provide, liability insurance, excess and umbrella insurance and workers compensation. M/WBE certified companies are encouraged to apply.
