Northern Manhattan Equities (NME) III • 207-209 W. 140th St & 304 W. 150th St​

This new development will include 100% affordable homeownership co-ops. Twenty-one units will be located at 207-209 W. 140th St and 31 units will be located at 304 W. 150th St. Click here to review the City Council presentation.

Victoria Theater Hotel and Affordable Housing 

In partnership with Exact Capital, HCCI secured the Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to underwrite the 200 residential housing unit component of this innovative Hotel and Cultural economic engine along West 125th Street Commercial District corridor. The project completion date is 2020. 

West 139th Street Cluster 

A Central Harlem gut rehabilitation of 75 Cooperative Apartments targeted for low to moderate income households. The project is located in Central Harlem on West 139th, West 141st and West 142nd Streets. Completion date 2021.

Victory Plaza Senior Affordable Rent Apartments

Victory Plaza is currently in development and will yield 136 units of senior housing at 11 West 118th Street. This project is a second phase of HCCI's Senior Housing Complex location on West 118th Street. The building will feature a full time senior services coordinator to provide case management services to seniors in need of support. This project is being co-developed with Camber Property Group. 


Marcus Garvey Park Homes

Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc. is currently accepting pre-applications for Marcus Garvey Park Homes, brownstones being developed in Harlem’s historic Marcus Garvey Park district to sell as part of the Neighborhood Homes Program (NHP). NHP is implemented though local Community Development Corporations, for households with incomes at or below 160% AMI.
