Job Title: Controller

 

Location: Harlem, NY

Job Summary:

HCCI is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial management, accounting, and reporting for our real estate and property management operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property management, accounting, economic analysis, and budgeting.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

  2. Proven experience in real estate, property management, or not-for-profit accounting

  3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred

  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting

  5. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Job Title: Real Estate Accountant

 

Location: Harlem, NY

Job Summary:

HCCI is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements for our real estate investments and developments. 

 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field 

3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field 

Knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including revenue recognition and joint ventures 

Familiarity with accounting software, including general ledger and financial reporting systems 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Excellent communication and organizational skills 

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with real estate development, investment, or construction accounting 

Knowledge of real estate tax laws and regulations 

Familiarity with accounting standards, including GAAP 

Certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus

Job Title: Case Manager

 

Location: Harlem, NY

Description

Scatter Site Case Managers are responsible for intensive case management services to consumers utilizing continuous assessment, monitoring, evaluation of consumer health, mental health status, and daily functioning.  Case Managers shall provide coordination and care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered.  Case Managers will maintain a caseload of between 15-20 consumers and shall be required to engage consumers in a minimum of one in-home visit, one in-office visit, and one phone call (text) wellness check each month. Case Managers are accountable to the Clinical Coordinator/Supervisory Case Manager. 

 

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license. 

 

Bachelor’s Degree, or AA, or CASAC, with 5 years’ experience in case management, homeless services, street outreach, substance abuse, and/or mental health treatment required

 

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mental health setting working with seriously mentally ill, substance abuse, and homeless population, and working in a community residence, supported or supportive housing
