The office of Finance & Management (OFM) serves as HCCI's fiscal and administrative area. Headed by the Chief Financial Officer, OFM's mission is to provide sound fiscal management of HCCI's real estate portfolio annual operating budget. OFM areas of responsibility include providing the Board and Executive staff with comprehensive budgetary and financial reports which assesses the cash position of HCCI and its subsidiary corporations.
OFM's activities ensure that private investors, corporate foundations and governmental institutions are confident in HCCI's ability to segregate, monitor and report on all programs and service activities.
OFM also provides technical assistance to various community based organizations, and serves as a fiduciary agent to other unincorporated entities.
