Charles Innis Houses
The Charles Innis Houses is a joint venture between Neighborhood Artists (NA) and HCCI. Funded through Homeless Housing Assistance Program, this 22-unit rehabilitation provides affordable housing for families currently residing in homeless shelters linked with empowering support services. This unit is located at 3281 Broadway.

Garden of Eden (Partially Completed)
Garden of Eden Associates, L.P., consists of four, 5-story resident occupied buildings in Harlem slated for gut-rehabilitation. After construction the project will consist of 94 residential units: 35 on-bedroom units, 33 two-bedroom units, 21 three-bedroom units and 5 four-bedroom units along with 3 commercial units. Presently, two of the four buildings have completed construction and the residents have now moved into their newly rehabbed units. The Buildings are located at 2211-2223 8th Ave, 304 W. 120th St. and 360 W. 117th St.

Macombs
Macombs Manor will house 55 units of low-income limited equity cooperatives. All units in this project will be affordable to families and individuals earning 40% to 60% of the area median income. Eight of the units will be set-aside for domestic violence victims. This unit is located at 254-266 W. 154th St.

Site 15 – West 148th Street
This site houses 87 rental units for low income residents. It is part of an effort which revitalized formerly blighted block and provided 300 new units of housing including 105 cooperative units.

Named in honor of former HCCI president and founder, Bishop Preston R. Washington, Sr. The Washington houses 105 moderate income cooperative units. This unit is located at 229-241 and 255 W. 148th St.
