  Angelou Court - (Limited Equity Co-Op)
This venue represents HCCI’s first offering in home ownership. Located at 520 Manhattan Avenue, this $2.3 millioncooperative housing project consists of 23 units.
     
  Bradhurst - (Phase I)
The Bradhurst Redevelopment Project is located along West 145th Street with various sites on Frederick Douglass Blvd. This 301 unit project is funded by HPD and developed by Consortium for Central Harlem Development (CCHD).
     
  Bradhurst - (Phase II)
This 281 unit project was developed by CCHD and includes eight commercial spaces and a sitting park. The units are located at 300-310 W. 150th St., 2844 & 2855 Frederick Douglass Blvd., 220 Bradhurst Avenue and 223 W. 145th St..
     
  Creations Plaza
Creation Plaza houses 48 units of affordable housing and five commercial spaces located at 101 W. 118th St, 191 and 198 Malcolm X Blvd., 166 W. 120th St., and 2031-2033 Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Blvd. Fourteen of these units are reserved for “eligible homeless.”
     
  Freedom Associates (LISC V)
This $4.4 million development consists of 53 units located at 60 St. Nicholas Avenue with 30 percent of the units allotted for “eligible homeless”.
     
  HCCI 140th Street Project
Located at 210-212, 214 and 216 West 140th, this $4 million poject was developed through the Neighborhood Redevelopment Program (NRP) of HPD and includes 72 units.
     
  HCCI Plaza I
Located at 210 W. 146th Street, HCCI Plaza I houses 76 families and provides community space, an outdoor playground, and a fully renovated educational center to accommodate 25 children in after-school and other programs. This “turn-key” project was funded by the New York State Housing Trust Fund and developed by Harlem Urban Development Corporation (HUDC).
     
  Phoenix (HCCI Plaza II)
The Phoenix provides 59 units of low income housing located at 2538 and 2542/44 Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Blvd., and at 266-268 West 147th Street. Some of these units have been allotted for “eligible homeless.”
     
  The Rev. Dr. John J. Sass
Located at 263 W. 152nd Street and 267 W. West 152nd Street this housing project houses 94 units and is financed through the NYS Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD). Fifty-one percent of these units have been allotted for “eligible homeless.”
     
  Victory One Senior Housing
This 110-unit (HUD 202) senior housing complex provides quality housing and social services for its seniors, ages 62 and older. This unit is located at 1468 5th Ave.
