The Canon Frederick Boyd Williams                                                 Early Childhood Training Academy 

Located at 260-262 West 153rd Street, theThe Canon Frederick Boyd Williams Early Childhood Training Academy (The Academy) will be a 19,000 sq. ft., three-story facility that will service approximately 150 children from ages 2-5 years old. The daycare center will employ 25 people, including a staff of 20 daycare professionals. The first floor of The Academy will boast four classrooms, a two-story high reception area, a parent’s room, kitchen and office space. The second floor will consist of four additional classrooms, a multipurpose room, and library. The Academy will also include a multipurpose room for group activities and indoor play. The third floor will consist of office space and two bathrooms. This floor will be convertible, so that it may be used temporarily as office or event space to ensure early rental income as the daycare center grows to its full capacity. At the rear of the building, there will be approximately 3,580 sq. ft. of open space. The open space will consist of a play area and parking spaces.

The Sutton
Located on 148th Street and Frederick Douglas Blvd. at the southeast corner of W. 149th Street, the Sutton project will include two, newly constructed, cooperative apartment buildings with a total of 133 units; and the new construction of a 23-unit rental apartment building. The coops will be known as Sutton I and Sutton II. The rental apartment building will be known as Bradhurst Apartments. Funded through a Low Income Tax Credit (LITC), Bradhurst Apartments be designated for low-income residents.

West 147th St.
Located on West 147th Street between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. and Frederick Douglass Blvds., 209, 213 & 215 W. 147th Street, these three, five-story buildings are slated for renovation under the NYC HPD Neighborhood Redevelopment Program (NRP). Upon completion this development will provide 41 apartments, affordable to low-income families.
