321 St. Nicholas
321 St. Nicholas Avenue is a 6-story elevator building in the Third Party Transfer Program. Upon completion, this rehabilitated development will yield 65 residential units and one community room/management office. Forty-seven (47) tenants will move back into 321 St. Nicholas Avenue after rehabilitation is complete; eight units are designated HOME units; remaining ten (10) units will be market rate units.

     
 

Hurston Place

Hurston Place, HDFC consists of three vacant six-story buildings to be gut rehabbed into 43 residential units and three commercial units. One of which is being built out for a member church – Tabernacle of Deliverance for all People. Also, included in the project is one 20-unit tenant occupied building slated for gut-rehab. The rehabbed building will consist of 15 units. This project will house homeless, low and moderate income residents. It will also house market-rate units.
