Please contact us below if you would like to have HCCI’s HWS staff:
- visit your church or organization;
- participate in a health fair or event;
- conduct screenings for food stamp eligibility; or,
- conduct workshops on health issues that affect your community like asthma management, the importance of immunization, aspects of HIV/AIDS, or conducting outreach.
We are also here to help answer your questions about health issues or health services within your community.
