Merchant Loan Fund
This loan, established as a joint venture with the Harlem Business Alliance, helps local entrepreneurs to develop and maintain their businesses. Funded by Assemblyman Herman “Denny” Farrell, Jr., the loan fund was created in December 2003 to serve businesses located on and above West 145th Street.
