EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH Earlier this year, Superintendent Antonio Martinez noticed that he had not seen one of our senior tenants, Ms. Margaret Phillips, for several days. He informed Property Manager Carol Cumberbatch who immediatley called several area hospitals, confirmed that Ms. Phillips had not been admitted to an emergency room and contacted Ms. Phillips daughter, Vanessa. When Carol discovered that Vanessa had not heard from Ms. Phillips for six days Carol, Antonio, the daughter and the police entered the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, Antonio discovered the tenant on the floor, unable to stand. She was frail and dehydrated. Ms. Phillips was taken to Harlem Hospital Medical Center Emergency Room. Due to the diligent efforts of Carol and Antonio, Ms. Phillips had a speedy recovery. We are truly proud of them both. Congratulations to HCCI's employees of the month!
